What is The Paper Club?
The Paper Club is a monthly letterbox subscription box by Candle Bark Creations - made for stationery addicts! We want The Paper Club to be a source of inspiration, so each month we will send to you a new, different and exciting box for only $19.95 a month delivered! Our goal is to not only spark motivation and refresh your space with brilliant stationery, but also give you a great deal in the process. We pride ourselves on giving you just the right amount of stationery to balance out your collection of paper goodies and that’s why when you order a subscription box from The Paper Club, you get the perfect balance of all the stationery you need over the course of your subscription.

How do I sign up for the subscription?
Go to the Stationery Boxes, Monthly Subscription on our website and subscribe to our monthly auto-renew subscription.
Do you have a new website and what do I have to do to sign up to the new website?
Yes! We launched a new website on 22/7/21 to give our Paper Club members better service and functionality. If you signed up on 21/7/21 or prior to that you signed up to our previous website. So this means for all future purchases you need to create a new account. Existing monthly subscriptions will continue until cancelled. If you have an existing subscription you can cancel and resubscribe onto the new website. You need to make sure you have only one monthly payment come out each month. So if you unsubscribe before your payment has come out you can sign up again on the new website or if your payment has come out you can still cancel but sign up in the new month. We are keeping an eye on this and will refund if anyone who accidently doubles up one month. All prepaid 3,6,12 month subscriptions will continue as usual. Thanks so much for working with us for a better future for The Paper Club.
Do I need to sign up to the new website and what are the benefits?
Yes! We do hope to have all subscribers on the new website by 30/06/22. If you signed up on 22nd July 2021 or after you will be on the new website. If you signed up on 21/7/21 or before you are on our previous website and need to set up a new account. Once you have signed up to the new website you are able to manage your own account – including updating your address and pausing or cancelling your subscription.
Why won’t my login work? My email is not recognised.
We are so sorry for the inconvenience. We launched a new website on 22/7/21 so anyone who signed up before this needs to create a new account. When you create a new account you will be able to check your subscription status and manage your own account – including cancelling or pausing or reactivating again!
How do I see my subscription status and manage my own account?
You must create an account on the new website. All Paper Clubbers who signed up on or before 21/7/21 will be on our previous website and will need to sign up again. You must create an account to see your subscription status. If you purchase and use the guest checkout you cannot see your subscription status.
Can I just sign up for 1 month?
Yes, you’re more than welcome to just sign up for one month, no strings attached! Simply sign up for our monthly auto-renew subscription. If you subscribed or resubscribed after 22nd July 2021 then your are on our new website and you can update and change your subscription status on the website. Including unsubscribing. If you signed up before then you can email email@example.com to cancel.
When is the last day to sign up for the monthly subscription each month?
The last day to sign up for the subscription box is the last day of the previous month. For example, we will take signups for our July box the whole month of June, with the cut off to subscribe to the July box being 30th June at 11:59 pm.
Can I change my information on my account?
You can manage your own account if you have subscribed or resubscribed on 22/7/21 or after. Once you log into your account you can edit all the details including cancelling or pausing your subscription. To manage your subscription status please go to My Account > Your Subscriptions (at bottom of page), then click on the subscription (the numbers) you would like to edit. Go to Manage Status and choose Active, Pause or Cancel. You can also edit addresses and all your other details.
Can I update my shipping address?
You sure can change your shipping address! If you have an account with us, you should be able to log on and change your address under by clicking “View Addresses” under ‘Default Address’ link. Please be sure to check “Set as default address” if you wish for all future orders to be shipped to this new address.
If you have already been charged for your subscription box this month, don’t forget to email us to update your shipping address. This way we can make sure your next fabulous subscription box finds its way to you! All subscription boxes are shipped from the 7th of each month, so be sure to get in touch before then via firstname.lastname@example.org with your new shipping address.
If you have placed a mystery box order and you need to update the shipping address please contact us via email@example.com as soon as possible as we do ship these boxes every 3—5 business days.
If you need to change the shipping address, and you do not have an account set up on our website, please email us directly via firstname.lastname@example.org.

If I’ve missed the deadline for the monthly sign up can I still get this month’s box?
Unfortunately, if you miss the deadline you will have to sign up for the next month’s Stationery Subscription Box. All boxes are limited edition. However, our Shop Now Mystery Boxes are available all the time and they ship within 3-5 business days.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free Australia wide!
International shipping rates:
New Zealand - $15 AUD
Asia - $25 AUD
USA - $25 AUD
UK and Europe - $28 AUD
Other Countries - $30 AUD
How long does shipping take for Mystery Boxes?
We guarantee to ship your order within 3-5 business days of receiving a completed fully paid online order. Shipping times vary across Australia but metropolitan areas take about 1-3 days to arrive and rural areas may take from 4 - 7 days to arrive.
How long does shipping take for the subscription boxes?
We aim to ship The Paper Club subscription boxes in the second week of the month, so we will start shipping the July Boxes (subscribed all of June) around the 7th of July 2021. Shipping times vary but you should receive the box within a week from our shipping date.
Where is my subscription box?
Unfortunately, you can’t check your tracking on Australia Post but Australian deliveries should arrive within a week of sending. If it’s been longer than that, feel free to get in touch with us!
Can I give a subscription box as a gift to someone else?
Yes! That’s an awesome gift to give, just add the subscription box to cart and provide the shipping details of the person you are gifting it to.
When will I be billed?
All subscriptions are monthly auto-renew subscriptions. Your payment will be processed on the same date each month. E.g. if you placed your first order on February 6th the payment for your first box will be processed that day. Then your next payment will be automatically processed on March 6th.
How do I pay?
We accept Credit cards, Mastercard, Visa & Paypal.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your monthly auto-renew subscription at any time by logging onto your account if you subscribed on or after 22/7/21. If you subscribed before then and have not moved over to the new website then you can email email@example.com to cancel your subscription.
Can I reactivate my subscription?
If you would like to come back to our party and reactivate your subscription go to the subscribe tab on our website and sign up. Then proceed to checkout.
Can I have more than one subscription on my account?
Yes, the more the merrier! If you would like to receive more than one subscription just go to the subscribe tab and subscribe again. Make sure if the details are different to add them correctly.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return my box if I don’t like the items?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns if you don’t like the items but we are more than happy for you to email feedback to us at any time.
Can I return or exchange my box if I have missing or damaged items?
Yes, if items are missing or damaged please contact us so we can send you a new box or the missing items.
What if I have prepaid for a subscription but I decide to cancel it?
If you no longer wish to receive your subscription but have already paid, we can issue a refund to you within 5-7 business days.
Will COVID-19 affect my order?
Mostly no. Your order will be processed the same as usual. The only thing affected may be shipping times.
Do you donate to charity?
Yes, we donate $1 to charity for every box sold!
What charity do you donate to?
We donate to a local charity called OzHarvest, each Paper Club box sold gives 2 meals to people in need.
